NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
An NDA first.
Your drawings next.
Arrange a non-disclosure agreement before sharing confidential CAD, drawings or project details. Start with a conversation, without attaching your files.

Keep confidential files on hold. Complete the agreement and confirm the sharing route with the team before sending them.

Before you begin.
A few details to help you take the next step.
Can I send my company’s NDA?
You can ask the team to review your company’s agreement. Start with your company name, review contact and a general description of the project. Acceptance of the terms needs to be confirmed through the review process.
Can I download and sign a template here?
There is no agreement download on this page. Ask the team for the appropriate document or propose your own. Confirm the correct signing entities and complete the agreement before sharing confidential files.
Do I need to upload CAD files to request an NDA?
No. A general, non-confidential project description is enough to begin the conversation. Keep drawings, CAD files and other confidential information on hold until the agreement and sharing route are confirmed.
Does submitting a request mean an NDA is in place?
No. A request starts the discussion. It does not sign or accept an agreement. Complete the required review and signatures and confirm the next step with the team.
How long does agreement review take?
Timing depends on the document and any changes needed. Ask the team about your project’s schedule before relying on a review date.
What if the project needs special handling?
Describe the handling requirements in general terms before sending files. Confirm with the team whether the project can be accepted and which sharing method is appropriate.
Questions before you start?
Ask the team about your confidentiality requirements.
