ProleanMFG is Prolean’s second wholly owned factory, with core production capabilities in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication and electrical discharge machining (EDM). We support small-batch customization through large-volume production, including complex manufacturing requirements across the production lifecycle.
We support teams developing new products, validating functional prototypes and scaling into repeat and large-volume production. The starting point is your application: what the part must do, which features determine acceptance and what needs to be resolved before manufacture.

A complete quality management system and inspection equipment support production quality, consistency and delivery control. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by SGS; part-specific acceptance requirements are aligned with the drawing and agreed order scope.
Dimensional measurement
Coordinate measurement supports the evaluation of drawing-defined dimensional and geometric features.
Critical feature checks
Measurement planning connects datums, bores, pockets and other acceptance features to the inspection method.
Material verification
Alloy analysis supports material identification alongside supplier documents. Method suitability depends on the alloy and elements.
Specify sampling, material records and dimensional reports in your RFQ. Availability and scope are confirmed in the quotation.

Can you support prototypes and repeat orders?
Yes. We support small-batch customization through large-volume production. Share your initial order quantity, expected production demand and delivery schedule so we can review the manufacturing route and production plan.
What tolerances and lead times can you offer?
These depend on geometry, material, quantity, process, finishing and inspection requirements. The quotation confirms project-specific commitments after review; a general website figure should not replace that review.
Can we arrange an NDA first?
Yes. Contact the team to arrange an NDA before sharing confidential files.
What should we provide for a quotation?
A 3D CAD model and 2D drawing where available, material grade, quantity, finish and target delivery. Mark critical tolerances, threads, drawing revision and required inspection records.
Can we discuss a factory visit?
Contact the team to discuss the visit purpose, preferred date and relevant manufacturing processes before making travel arrangements.
