- Provide the requested service: create and manage accounts; respond to questions; prepare quotes; review manufacturability; produce, inspect, ship, invoice, and support parts.
- Run and improve operations: maintain project history, quality traceability, capacity planning, customer support, internal reporting, and service reliability using proportionate information.
- Protect people and systems: authenticate users, detect fraud or malicious files, monitor security, enforce agreements, investigate incidents, and defend legal claims.
- Meet legal obligations: accounting, tax, customs, sanctions, export-control, product-safety, regulatory, audit, and lawful government requirements.
- Communicate: send transactional updates and, where allowed, relevant marketing. You can opt out of marketing at any time; operational messages may still be necessary.
05 / Production confidentiality
Protection continues beyond file upload.
| Stage | How access is limited |
|---|---|
| Engineering & quoting | Assigned personnel receive the information needed to assess geometry, material, tolerance, process, quality, schedule, and price. |
| Facility or partner assignment | Technical data is provided only to approved parties considered for or assigned to the work. Customer identity and unrelated commercial details are removed where practical. |
| Shop-floor execution | Work instructions expose only the detail needed for programming, setup, manufacturing, finishing, inspection, or packing. Unauthorized copying, photography, disclosure, and personal-device storage are prohibited. |
| Outside processing | Heat treatment, coating, testing, logistics, and other providers receive only the information required for their task and are subject to contractual or professional confidentiality duties. |
| Parts, samples & scrap | Customer parts, fixtures, prototypes, excess pieces, and design-bearing scrap are controlled as project property and returned, retained, or disposed of according to the order, our procedures, and applicable law. |
| Quality & traceability | Inspection, material, nonconformance, and delivery records are linked to the project and kept accessible only to authorized teams and service providers. |
An NDA can be arranged before file sharing.
A signed NDA or specific order term may add project-specific controls. If there is a conflict, the more specific signed agreement governs the confidential project information it covers.

Scope of this inventory
The services above were observed in the live website code during a point-in-time review on September 3, 2026. Providers, cookie names, exact lifetimes, and behavior can change. The production cookie declaration must be generated from a clean-session scan and kept current.
- Manage or withdraw consent. Reopen “Cookie Settings” on the production website at any time. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
- Browser controls. You can delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking functional technologies may prevent forms or other website features from working.
- Marketing communications. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. Opting out does not stop required quote, order, security, or policy communications.
- Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. We do not sell Customer Technical Data or personal information for money. Where applicable law treats advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising, we will provide the required choice.
Consent blocking and policy links require correction before publication.
During the September 3 review, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads/DoubleClick, and reCAPTCHA code was present while the initial consent panel was still open and Statistics and Marketing were shown as unselected. This observation does not by itself prove that every optional cookie was stored or every measurement event was sent, but it requires a clean-session network test and remediation if any non-essential processing occurs before consent. The consent tool’s configured privacy and cookie-policy links also routed to an unrelated CNC tolerance article and must be replaced with the correct policy URLs.
10 / Legal bases
Why processing is lawful.
CONTRACT
To take steps at your request, provide a quote, fulfill an order, manage payment, and deliver support.

CONSENT
Where required for non-essential cookies, optional marketing, or another use explained when consent is requested. You may withdraw consent prospectively.
11 / International transfers
Manufacturing can cross borders. Protection must travel with the data.
12 / Your privacy rights
Choices depend on where you live.
- Access or receive a copy of personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion or erasure where applicable
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request portability where applicable
- Withdraw consent prospectively
- Appeal a decision where the law provides
- Complain to a data-protection authority
